SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are automatically gift wrapped at no extra cost!

All of our orders are shipped using Royal Mail and we offer 3 types.

When purchasing there are three options for postage. When purchasing an item over £20 - £30, it is HIGHLY recommended that you select either SIGNED FOR or TRACKED as these will cover you in case of something happening during transit.

By making an order you agree to understanding all of the information on this page and understand that Hanbeck Jewellery are not responsible for your order once posted. For more information about the different types of shipping, please visit the Royal Mail website.

Standard First Class - £2

This option is perfect for those who are making a small order and don't mind waiting a little longer. It can take a couple of days for your order to be made and packaged before being posted, so please bear this in mind. However please bear in mind there is no coverage for any loss or damage to your order. 

First Class Signed-For - £4

This option has a similar wait time to Standard First Class but provides insurance on your item. This option is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED as if anything goes wrong during transit, you can be reimbursed for your order.

Tracked - £6

This option provides fast and tracked shipping. These orders take priority during packaging and posting so are perfect for those who need their order as soon as possible. This option is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for more expensive orders!

Please note your order will be shipped to the address given at the point of purchase. It is essential that the customer provides their shipping information correctly as it cannot be changed . Hanbeck Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any misplaced orders due to the incorrect information or incorrect address being entered by the customer, nor can they be held liable for any mistakes made by the courier.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand how precious your jewellery can be and sometimes incidents can happen which are totally not your fault! Each individual case is different so please get in contact with us. In general I'm afraid we can't offer refunds or exchanges. On certain products and in certain situations this may differ. Please contact us!

We cannot offer refunds or accept returns on any orders that have been delayed due to an issue with the courier as this is completely out of our hands. Please bear in mind deliveries can take longer to arrive during holiday seasons.
